Our Leadership Structure
Currently, we have four leaders within our organizational structure, each managing a team ranging from three to seven members. These leaders offer guidance, direction, and serve as role models for their teams. They are instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and are actively involved in mentoring and supporting their members.
Additionally, these four leaders report directly to the management team. We entrust them with critical business functions, including managing customized orders and overseeing the packaging process. Their involvement in these operational aspects not only streamlines efficiency but also empowers them with real-world business experience, further preparing them for greater leadership roles in the future.
